He will be conducting a 30 minute live tutorial on Mobile Making, and how easy it can be to do from home with materials and tools you have lying around the house! Can't make it to the livestream? Create a moveable kinetic piece of artwork inspired by Alexander Calder. This is a great starter lesson for investigations in creating movable art and can easily be made with materials you likely have around your house right now!
Materials
● String/Fishing line/Picture Wire/Thread/Floss
● Cardboard
● Scissors
● Pencil
● Tie-able weighted object (large bead, washer, small toy, etc)
Recommended but not required
● Paint
● Tape
● Binder or Paper Clips
