TheCollective is a Boston based jazz fusion/R&B band. The sound is heavily based in improvisation and jazz but also draws form influences in the hip-hop, soul and R&B world. The band was originally founded by bassist Yogi Saint-Louis wile he was attending the Berklee College of music. The rest of the band came together soon after, and has featured a number of musicians and styles from all around the world including Indonesia, the Bahamas, Spain and many more locational inspirations over the past few years.
