The 2018–19 Alice C. Cole ’42 Fellow Exhibition at Wellesley College
New York-based artist Toisha Tucker, the Wellesley College 2018–19 Alice C. Cole ’42 Fellow, exhibits new work created during their fellowship year. Featuring a range of media, these sculptures, installations, and conceptual pieces offer commentary on social and political issues in the U.S. today. Tucker often views art as a form of activism, examining and questioning the constructs of politics, race, gender, and identity through their work and practice.
Gallery hours: Mon–Fri 10 am–4 pm; Sat–Sun 12–4 pm. Closing reception on March 6, 4–6 pm.
