Join Tamar Frankel for a talk on her first non-academic book, Living in Different Cultures. A book sale will follow.
Born in pre-Israel Palestine on July 4, 1925, Tamar Frankel served in the Hagenah underground defense force, graduated from British protectorate law school, served in the Israeli Air Force and helped Israel draft its first set of civil laws before moving to the U.S. to practice law. Through a lifetime of keen observations, she reflects on how people from different backgrounds can learn to respect each other and live in harmony.
