Swing 101 is a beginner-friendly class designed to get you comfortable with the basics of social dancing in just two hours. If you’re interested in trying out swing dance for a short session, this is the class for you!
Do I Need A Partner?
No partner necessary! Because Lindy Hop is a very social dance, we rotate partners throughout the class, so you get to know and dance with everyone.
What Should I Wear?
Shoes that are comfortable and stick to your feet. Sling backs and flip flops are hard to dance in. As far as everything else, wear something comfortable that makes you feel good. You may however want to avoid articles of clothing that a hand on the back could get caught in.
