String Masters Series: Thomas Mesa, Cello

Presented by Boston Conservatory at Berklee at Seully Hall

Cuban-American cellist Thomas Mesa has enjoyed a vibrant career as a soloist and chamber musician following his first-prize win at the 2016 Sphinx Competition. For this String Masters Series concert, he will be accompanied by pianist Jung-A Bang to perform a work by Tchaikovsky and newly commissioned works by Jonathan Chenette, Lydia Pugh, and Elizabeth Start.
