Red Molly Founding member Carolann Solebello’s critically acclaimed new CD was produced by Joe Iadanza.
Carolann Solebello is a performing songwriter born and bred in New York City. Best known to folk audiences as a founding member of Americana trio Red Molly, she now tours both solo and with modern folk quartet No Fuss and Feathers. Carolann’s smooth, compelling voice and decidedly urban sense of rhythm bend traditional folk forms into contemporary shapes. Carolann released her fifth solo album, Shiver, in February 2018.
Shiver was produced by Joe Iadanza. Born of Italian immigrants and union activists, this Long Island, NY native understands the passionate struggle of the American dream. Joe’s music is rooted in classic folk: honest and raw. After coming on the scene in 2007, Joe's debut CD, Traveling Salesman was heralded by folk radio and picked by WFUV’s John Platt as an honorable mention for one of his favorite albums of the year.
