Miracle on 34th Street

Miracle on 34th Street

Presented by Weston Friendly Society of the Performing Arts at The Weston Town Hall

Based on the movie of the same name,¬†Miracle on 34th Street¬†tells the story of single mother, Doris Walker, who doesn’t want her six-year-old Susan’s head filled with romantic notions. With Christmas approaching, Fred Bailey tries to woo Doris by charming Susan and taking her to see Santa Claus at the Macy’s department store where Doris works. Over time, even Susan is convinced that this Macy’s Santa may be the real Kris Kringle. Filled with humor and beloved songs including “It’s Beginning to Look a lot like Christmas”, this heartwarming holiday musical is fun for the whole family!

There will be a Sensory Friendly performance on Sunday December 3 at 11am. This performance will be modified for length and intensity to accommodate individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other sensory or social disabilities and their families. Modifications include: doors will be open, lights will be up, music will be piano only, all tickets are general admission with flexible seating. All are welcome to this relaxed performance.
