South End Open Studios

South End Open Studios

Presented by United South End Artists at SOWA Artists Guild

South End Open Studios covers a dozen studio buildings and includes more than 250 artists, encompassing all of Boston’s South End.  The event allows visitors to see where and how art is made, and to meet the artists that create it. Download a map or pick up a printed brochure, and take a walking tour of the artists' buildings, from the Boston Center for the Arts on Tremont, to Wareham, Waltham, Albany and Harrison Ave.

The USEA is a volunteer run non-profit organization made up of artists who live and work in Boston’s South End. Its mission is to support local artists and to help promote the arts in the community by organizing opportunities and events for artists to show and publicize their work, including group shows and exhibits throughout the year.
