Julie D’Aubigny, a bisexual duelist; Mary Shelley, a prolific horror writer; Artemisia Gentileschi, a sexual abuse survivor/revolutionary Baroque painter, are the three extraordinary women at the center of a new recital series that celebrate the unheard narratives and voices of generations past and present. The voice recital will premiere three new works written by three young women composers.
