Great Stories Alive! is the theater arts company of actor/producer Al LePage. It’s mission is “performance with passion and purpose.” LePage believes that people often "get stuck on their stories" of who they "should" be, what they should do and say and think, limiting who they CAN be. Letting go of "these stories" and just being yourself, authentic and transparent, is personal transformation itself. And that’s it’s what Great Stories Alive! aims to achieve, aims to believe about people, that they CAN change and rise above their limited stories, and become real through the stories we share, the experience they have, during a performance. And people so transformed move themselves and the world towards greater compassion for oneself and others, towards greater peace and joy and love, towards greater happiness — and THAT’s the vision of Great Stories Alive! as well. It happened for Scrooge, it can happen for us.
