Founded in 1805, The First Universalist Society of Salem is a historic member of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations (“UUA”). The Society meets in a Samuel McIntyre – furnished worship hall that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Services are Sunday at 10:45am, childcare available. Salem UU welcomes visitors and members without regard to race, color, sex, disability, affectional or sexual orientation, age, or national origin and without requiring adherence to any particular interpretation of religion or to any particular religious belief or creed.
