Eliot Street Soirée is an eclectic performance series in the Parish Hall of the First Church in Jamaica Plain, UU, which hall has some of the most delicious acoustics in Boston. Each Soirée event includes live music by a main act accompanied by a buffet of seasonal gourmet hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and coordinating beverages. A surprise opening act also provides live background music during the first half-hour. The music for the 2012-2013 season includes jazz, celtic, folk/classical guitar and accordion, and vocal acappella.
