Courageous Sailing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community sailing center located in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Our mission is to transform lives through sailing programs that inspire life-long learning, personal growth, and leadership. Our need-blind Youth Program serves the children of Boston, while our Adult Program is committed to providing accessible and affordable sailing for the public through a variety of membership options, sailing lessons, and racing opportunities. We were recognized in 2011 by U.S. Sailing and SAIL Magazine as one of the top ten community sailing programs in the nation, and we pride ourselves in our dedication to quality instruction, helpful staff, and comprehensive programs for sailors of all ages.
