Winslow Homer: New Insights - Keynote Lecture
This symposium is offered in conjunction with the special exhibition Homer at the Beach: A Marine Painter’s Journey, 1869–1880, an exploration of the earliest marine works of Winslow Homer (1836–1910). On Friday, October 4 at 6:00 p.m., Dr. Sylvia Yount, Lawrence A. Fleischman Curator in Charge of the American Wing, Metropolitan Museum of Art, presents the keynote lecture.
