White Witch: A One-Act Monodrama

The White Witch is based on the 19th century Jamaican legend of Annie Palmer, a woman notoriously known as “The White Witch of Rose Hall.” It is a tale of voodoo, murder, and revenge, but above all, hubris that ultimately receives its just reward.

Angela Jajko is Annie Palmer, the White Witch. Jajko is a familiar face to Boston audiences for her work with Opera New Hampshire, Greater Worcester Opera, Opera Providence, and Granite State Opera among others.
