Gorgeous art songs by Franz Liszt and Richard Wagner, plus excerpts from Lohengrin, Siegfried, and Tristan und Isolde. And exquisite piano solos by Franz Liszt. Soprano Julia Rolwing and pianist Soyeon Kim.
The program will include five songs by Liszt, four songs by Wagner, Elsa's Dream from Lohengrin, Brünnhilde's Awakening from Siegfried, Liebestod from Tristan und Isolde, plus exquisite piano pieces by Wagner/Liszt, including "Ode to the Evening Star" from Tannhäuser.
Soprano Julia Rolwing and pianist Soyeon Kim are award-winning, accomplished artists who have performed all over the world.
