Tufts Symphony Orchestra: Spring Concert

For the final concert of the season, Tufts Symphony Orchestra presents a wide variety of stellar works, old and new.  vFirst, Kareem Roustom’s Aleppo Songs is a colorful depiction of urban folk songs from Syria. Next on the program is John McDonald’s Braced, arranged specifically for TSO. This tension-filled piece is constantly preparing the audience for something to happen, something that never will happen.
