South African songwriter Toby Tobias’ performance brings a message of racial equality, understanding and acceptance of each other’s cultures and religions with a strong desire for togetherness in a world which seeks to divide rather than unite.
Go on a journey through three continents with Toby’s original songs, interspersed with small vignettes about his life growing up in Johannesburg, South Africa, Jerusalem, Israel and New York. This program is part of the Newton Festival of the Arts.
