This That You Have Done: A Tale of Eve's Redemption

Join us for an original production of sacred dramatic monologues presented by Sr. Danielle Dwyer, Artistic Director of Elements Theatre Company.

 “This, that you have done” is an imaginative tale of Eve’s redemption.  A one-person show, Eve recounts her time in the garden—the conversation with the serpent and the choices that lead up to it—and her eventual expulsion from Eden.  As the mother of all living things, the heritage of sin that Eve left behind is played out in the lives her children, and found especially in literature.  As part of her tale, Eve brings to life four of Shakespeare’s female characters and reminds us that there is mercy and redemption available when we own and repent of that which separates us from our Creator.
