Harmolodic jazz keyboardist Dave Bryant, a protégé of harmolodic jazz genius Ornette Coleman and the host of the ongoing “Third Thursdays” jazz series, has a very special musical rapport with his fellow Prime Time group colleagues. This February’s “Third Thursdays” concert will feature Jones, joined by fellow local artists Greg Hopkins (trumpet), Giovanni Moltoni (guitar), and John Lockwood* (bass).
Bryant notes that February’s concert “will feature Prime Time member James Kamal Jones in a well-deserved and long overdue showcase, along with some of his favorite musicians ………”
