Revenge. Clowns. Murder. What could possibly go wrong?
The Revenger's Tragedy, a cynical and satirical twist on the classic revenge tragedy, dates back to the Jacobean era. Don't be fooled by it's age: Thomas Middleton's work isn't the stuffy, stale drama you might expect. After all, murder and betrayal are themes that transcend the passage of so much time.
