The Journey Home: Honoring Victims of WWII-Era Sexual Slavery

Hear music speaking truth and healing to the story of the Korean “Comfort Women” during World War II, and view a Korean film on the subject.

Our third anniversary concert offers audiences a unique two-part program of music and film dedicated to the perseverance of the human spirit amid the brutalities of war. Our focus will be on the forgotten “comfort women,” survivors and victims of sexual slavery in the so-called “comfort stations” of Asia and the Pacific before and during World War II (WWII).
