Season of Giving Concert (Boston)

The Back Bay Ringers present a handbell concert to benefit Victory Program’s Boston Living Center, a community and resource center for people living with HIV/AIDS. The concert’s repertoire explores the complex emotion of love – from a peaceful walk in the park with a loved one to the passion of the Latin Mambo – and features a diverse selection including classical transcriptions (Pachelbel’s famous Canon in D), hymn tune arrangements (including an unpublished arrangement of The Gift of Love), and original works by some of the most respected modern handbell composers.
