Start the holiday season with smart shopping. This year, the much-loved Winter Festival begins with Black Friday, November 24th, 10am-9pm, and Small Business Saturday, November 25th, 10am-10pm, then SoWa Sunday 10am-7pm.
After that, the festival runs through Sunday, December 17th.
