Seba Molnar Quartet

Seba Molnar, saxophonist and composer originally from upstate NY, moved to Boston in 2012 to study at The Berklee College of Music. After graduating, Seba has gone on to make a name for himself not only in the Boston jazz scene but also as an in demand session player working with a number funk, pop, and reggae bands around the north east.

Seba Molnar Quartet, featuring Seba Molnar on sax, Jens Sweeting on keys, Theo Brierley on bass & Ryan Scalia on drums.  Seba’s music brings a contemporary jazz sound full of exploration and energy.  With a range influences from Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock to Robert Glasper, Snarky Puppy and many more… Seba’s music gives a tip of the hat to the the past wile also embracing the new sounds and ideas of today.
