Opening Our Doors

The 20th Annual FREE art + cultural festival Opening Our Doors is on Saturday,  October 9th from 10AM – 4PM in the Fenway Cultural District! Visit locations  throughout the Fenway for art exhibitions and activities, cultural experiences,  musical and dance performances, and more! Join us on The Christian Science Plaza for Kick-off ceremony at 10AM! Interactive, inclusive, and interdisciplinary  – Opening Our Doors is family-friendly fun for all ages.

Join 17+ institutional and community members in this festival celebrating the  Fenway Cultural District including: MFA, MassArt Art Museum, SMFA at Tufts,  Simmons University, New England Conservatory, Boston Symphony Orchestra,  Berklee College of Music, Massachusetts Historical Society, Mary Baker Eddy  Library, Fenway Victory Gardens, Emerald Necklace Conservancy, YMCA of  Greater Boston, Fenway Community Center, The First Church of Christ, Scientist,  Fenway Studios, ARCK, Operation Peace, and more. There will be programs and activations and open houses throughout the District in addition to a full day of  programming on the Christian Science Plaza.
