Chameleons Mika Sasaki and Elizabeth Schumann share an enchanting program with Ravel’s Ma mère l’Oye and Stravinsky’s Petrushka in the composers’ arrangements for piano four hands.
Worlds of innocence, enchantment, and storytelling come to life as Ravel conjures the poetry of childhood, the teenaged Mozart unleashes his imagination, and Stravinsky reveals a magical land of puppets and make-believe bursting with color and invention.
