After so much isolation, let’s sense ourselves in the space, in relation to each other. We’ll safely explore the idea of ‘nearness,’ by playing with simple walking dances, and learning about the history of the farmland. NOURISH is not a dance technique class or a workout. You get to choose how much gentle activity you’d like to participate in. Drop in at any point for a few minutes to say hi, observe, or stay and move for the full session, it’s up to you. Dress comfortably with secure shoes, and bring water! ID: Jess Roseman beams at the camera in a yellow dress by Zuri.
