Design Museum Mornings is a monthly event series brought to you by Design Museum Boston. These events are meant to inspire you before your day begins and bring you closer to the Design Museum Boston community.

Mike Benning, Hanger Clinic , Inc.

At only 14 years old, Mike Benning had his left arm amputated below the elbow after a harrowing experience with an aggressive form of childhood cancer. Since then, Mike has worn a wide range of prosthetic devices. In 2015, he was the first person in the US be fitted with the most advanced technology of its time, the i-limb quantum.
