Join us at the New Art Center for our Lunar New Year Community Cultural Day in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Society of Boston!
It's the year of the rabbit! The sign of Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity.
Art educators will lead participants through different make-and-take activities: Hapjukseon (paper fans), rabbit origami, air dry clay rabbits, and Korean calligraphy bookmarks.
Hanna Lee, a traditional Korean dancer, performs at 12:15pm. Kyungsun Kim, a gayagum player, performs at 1:30pm.
