Famed musician, composer, and ethnomusicologist–creator and leader of the Klezmer Conservatory Band–joins us for an intimate concert and conversation free on-line.

Join the incomparable Hankus Netsky for the latest in JArts' JLive Music stream--an intimate mini-concert and discussion with a superb musician whose work has had a major impact on world music and the revival of klezmer.

A multi-instrumentalist, composer, and scholar, Netsky teaches improvisation and Jewish music at the New England Conservatory of Music. He is the founder and director of the Klezmer Conservatory Band, an internationally renowned Yiddish music ensemble.
