In the Kitchen: Vegetarian/ Vegan Beancurd Rolls

Learn to make a flavorful and traditional Chinese vegan dish.

Wrap beancurd (also known as tofu skin) around shredded vegetables to create delicious Chinese vegetarian/ vegan rolls to please your palate. Mmm!

The fee is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by BCNC. Materials will be provided.
