Pianists Linda Papatopoli and Bert Yocom, and soprano Jean Danton perform a special concert of music by New England composers past and present for piano-duo and vocal solo.
A special event to celebrate the musical history of our beautiful New England with a unique program of works from traditional New England composers as well as living composers of New England. Featured composers include Mary S. Ahmadi, Robert A. Baughman, Mabel Wheeler Daniels, Alan Hovannes, Julia Ward Howe, Margaret Ruthven Lang, Edward MacDowell, and Frank E. Warren, with selections from Douglass Townsend's "Five Fantasies on American Folk Songs".
