Haitian Art Sale featuring 150 original Haitian paintings, handcrafts, hand painted silk scarves and iron sculptures. Gifts start at $5, paintings $35. All sales support education and health care in the rural mountains of Haiti.
Vassar Haiti Project and First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington, MA are partnering for this free event, which open to the public. Sales are 50% tax deductible. Friday evening, Nov. 1st will include a wine and cheese reception and Vassar students will make brief remarks about their humanitarian work in Haiti.
