Tufts Jazz Orchestra: Feeling Good

The Tufts Jazz Orchestra, under the direction of Joel LaRue Smith, explores the outer limits of contemporary Jazz with cutting edge arrangements by past and living composers.  The music is always swinging, dancing and alive! This ensemble takes an audience through a musical labyrinth of sound, images and emotion… creating a tapestry of sound, depth and intrigue! This performance will include works by Wayne Shorter, Miles Davis, Johnny Mercer, Irving Berlin and John Clayton.
