Idle Hands’ Four Horsemen is a quadruple ale that features dark fruit flavors and allspice notes, and is served with Bukowski’s BBQ spice Duck Burger, topped with cranberry and fennel slaw, truffle rosemary cream, and fried onion.
Idle Hand’s sour ale, Kill Your Idles Red Berry pairs perfectly with the mint marinated Lamb Burger, topped with tzatziki and a cucumber, red onion and feta salsa. A true New England IPA with a tropical twist, Four Seam is ideal with the delicious, chipotle tomato braised beef Gordo Crunch Taco, served in hard- and soft-shell tortillas melted together with jack cheese, and topped with a corn poblano salsa, ranch refried beans, and el diablo sauce.
The canned offering is a robust porter, 34, named in honor of Red Sox legend David Ortiz and featuring strong notes of dark chocolate, burnt caramel and dark fruit and a punch of sweetness to balance out this beer that is as lively as the man who wore the number. The bottled beer option is a vintage mixed culture offering.
The Idle Hands beer offerings and special menu pairings made by Bukowski Tavern’s chef and owner, Brian Poe will be available for one-night-only at, making this a can’t miss event.
