This performance, lecture and public conversation will focus on the increasing presence of dance in the programming of museums and galleries. This international trend has fostered unprecedented collaboration between dancers and curators, catalyzed new modes of spectatorship for dance and museum, and opened fresh possibilities for intermedia, site-specific projects at the intersection of dance and the visual arts.
