Awards and residencies include: the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Workspace Program, Shandanken Projects at Storm King Art Center, a Joan Mitchell Painters and Sculptors grant, and an Art Matters Foundation grant. Morgan earned her BFA from the Cooper Union School of Art and an MFA from the California College of the Arts.
