Boston Symphony Chamber Players and Gewandhaus-Quartett

As a part of the new alliance between the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Gewandhaus Orchestra Leipzig, the Gewandhaus-Quartett joins the Boston Symphony Chamber Players for a special Symphony Hall concert to include the young Felix Mendelssohn’s brilliantly dynamic Octet in E-flat for Strings, Opus 20.
