In 1992, the 4th Floor Artists was established as a supportive community for over 100 South Shore artists, in a variety of disciplines. Their current home in the ET Wright building and the Sandpaper Factory in Rockland, MA provides working studio spaces, a retail boutique and Gallery space for exhibits and events. Both historic buildings are former manufacturing facilities that have been converted to multiple studio spaces for artists to work.
