Bob Mankoff: What's So Funny?

The inimitable Bob Mankoff, former New Yorker Cartoon Editor and current Esquire Cartoon and Humor Editor brings his unique perspective and understanding of humor to Boston.

Legendary Bob Mankoff--former Cartoon Editor of The New Yorker, now Esquire\'s Cartoon and Humor Editor, has a new book, What\'s So Funny? He\'ll read from the book and talk about his career (including his youth in the Borscht Belt) with WBUR host Ben Brock Johnson. Mankoff\'s insights on what makes a cartoon funny and his many tales of life at a top-flight magazine are unforgettable. Book signing and dessert after presentation.
