How Tickets Work

Tickets purchased online are delivered to the email address provided (please allow up to one hour for receipt). Please note, your purchase is not your ticket. You will need to download and print your barcoded tickets and take them with you to the Zoo’s entrance, or you can present the barcode on a mobile device.

Terms and Conditions

A valid ticket is required for Zoo entrance for each visitor 2 years of age and older. Tickets are one-time-use only and valid one year from date of purchase. Tickets purchased online are only valid at the location indicated at time of purchase. Tickets are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be used for private or after-hours events and cannot be combined with any other offers.
