Bernstein, Bruch, and Tchaikovsky

The Boston Civic Symphony, the city’s second-oldest symphony orchestra, presents a program led by guest conductor David Feltner, Music Director of the Chamber Orchestra of Boston, The concert will feature Charles Dimmick, concertmaster of the Boston Modern Orchestra Project and the Portland (ME) Symphony, as the soloist for Bruch’s ever-popular Violin Concerto No. 1. The program will also include Bernstein’s Overture to Candide and Tchaikovsky’s Fourth Symphony.
