Band of Brushes, Newburyport Art Association Plein Air Interest group, Show and Sale

The Newburyport Art Association, 65 Water Street, Newburyport, is pleased to announce the “Plein Air” Band of Brushes Featured Interest Group Show and Sale 2019. Open hours are: Tues. thru Sat. 11am until 5pm and Sun. 1pm until 5pm.

Members of the Group: Dorothy Aham, Michele Champion, Grace Daly, Karen Fitzgerald, Sarajean Graham, Christine Molitor Johnson, Pam Perras, Cynthia M. Stern, Mary Ann Varoski.

Several members have together travelled last fall to Jackson, NH and this spring to Monhegan, Maine to plein air paint the landscape. These beautiful pieces will be available for viewing and for sale. The exhibit will showcase the diversity of the group showing oil, pastel and watercolor media, both plein air and studio pieces. The exhibiting Artists will be in attendance to answer questions about their pieces while you can enjoy appetizers and beverages at the reception, Saturday August 10, 6-8pm.
