The late Ei Turchinetz had a long and productive career. This exhibit showcases a small sample of that career featuring her oil paintings, ink on paper works and printmaking.
Ei was a passionate feminist and activist and her works explores these issues. The works invite the viewer to be soothed or shook by her images. She was an active member of Boston's South End art scene and if you do not know of her now is your chance to learn about her and experience her work.
The reception will feature a talk by her daughter, Mimi Turchinetz.
The exhibit is currently on view and runs through April 30, 2019.
