ANOUSHKA SHANKAR at Berklee Performance Center

In a rare Boston appearance, world-renowned sitar player and composer Anoushka Shankar reflects on her accomplished musical journey, drawing on classical Indian music and experimenting with new ideas in a cross-cultural dialogue. She will be accompanied by Ojas Adhiya on tabla, Pirashanna Thevarajah on mridangam, Ravichandra Kulur on flute, Danny Keane on cello and piano, and Kenji Ota on tanpura.
