Nightingale is a Boston-based vocal ensemble focused on innovative programming, original and experimental compositions, and choral chamber works from the last century.
Nightingale’s premiere concert, An Exploration of the Senses, takes listeners on an engaging journey through each of the senses, while inspiring reflection on what it means to be human. Poetic readings and other interactive elements add a unique dimension that goes beyond the normal concert experience. The program features the music of Gesualdo, Hassler, Stanford, Berger, and original compositions by Nightingale members.
