An Evening of Piano Quartets by Brahms and Kramer
The program features chamber music written for piano, viola, violin, and cello, and includes Brahms’ dramatic “Piano Quartet No. 3 in C minor, Op. 60” and a new piano quartet by pianist, composer, and arranger John Kramer.
The Winchester Unitarian Society, 478 Main Street, Winchester, MA kicks off its 2019-2020 concert series on Friday, October 18th, at 8:00 p.m., with “An Evening of Piano Quartets by Brahms and Kramer,” featuring “Piano Quartet No. 3 in C minor, Op. 60” by Johannes Brahms and “Piano Quartet No. 1” by John Kramer. Works will be performed by violist Amelia Hollander Ames, violinist Julia Cash, cellist Sam Ou, and pianist John Kramer.

No advance sales. Admission at the door: $20 adults, $15 seniors and students with ID, $5 children and teens. The venue is handicapped accessible, and street parking available.
