A CELEBRATION OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN ARTISTRY

On Wednesday, February 21 at 8:00 PM, the Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of Music Director Orlando Cela, will perform its concert, A Celebration of African-American Artistry.  The program will include Symphony No. 4 by William C. “Billy” Banfield, Two Romances for Viola and Orchestra, by Adolphus Hailstork, with Ashleigh Gordon, Viola, and Symphony No 1 in E minor, by Florence Price.

We hope you will join us for this concert which will be performed at the First Parish Unitarian-Universalist Church, 630 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA.  Please note that this venue is wheelchair accessible.

Admission to this concert is free to the public. This concert is funded in part by a generous grant from Berklee College of Music.
